- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We've used this vet since we moved into the area in 2013. The vet that I have interacted with when I have taken our dogs is friendly, and I felt like our dogs were given decent care. What I am upset about, and the reason I am taking my business elsewhere is the receptionist. (She is one I talk to when I try to make appointments or when I pay.) She is literally one of the unfriendliest people I have ever encountered!! If you are one of the faces of a business you have to have good people skills, and she does not!!! I called today to schedule an appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed. The first thing she said to me was" You're going to have to call me back when you're not cutting out!!" I'm not saying my cell signal was perfect, but I think it was probably manageable. This is not my first bad experience with her, but it's the one that made me decide to leave this clinic and go somewhere else. I am genuinely surprised that so many people have commented how friendly the staff are in the reviews. My theory is that 1.) They're fake reviews OR 2.) They're close friends and family.
